**How will I help?**
The Customer Service Consultant role is fundamental in both supporting and executing the BT customer experience. The position operates in a dynamic and often fast paced environment and is well suited to those with a passion for customer service in addition to strong data processing skills and the capacity to effectively and dynamically problem solve. You’ll be required to work across multiple brands as well as across multiple processes and workflows.
The Customer Service Consultant will also be responsible for:
- The resolution of complex issues through exceptional problem-solving skills and alternative solution generation
- Providing product expertise to internal and external customers, whilst maintaining a superior level of customer service
- Knowledge of the wealth management industry and standard processes is highly desirable, and any prior experience in margin lending will be looked upon favourably

**What do I need?**
Above all, a passion with customer service is a must, coupled with at least 2 years experience in a customer focused environment (such as retail, hospitality, telco or other customer focused industries).
You'll also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and third-party suppliers. This includes the ability execute sound problem-solving skills and be confident with MS Office.
Any previous experience in a high-volume driven environment with the ability to work to deadlines will be highly advantageous. You will also need to be comfortable working from our Bedford Park Office, on a max term contract (with the potential to extend or go perm in the future).
