We are seeking:an administration assistant supporting a range of processes involved in enabling support to our clients. The role has a significant “face to face” component with our families, stakeholders and clients in a “family” environment. The role will include shared reception duties.

The Role will involve:
- Providing excellent customer service to all family members, clients, staff and visitors
- Assisting the management team in undertaking a range of administrative duties relating to client record management
- Assisting the management team in undertaking a range of administrative duties relating to staff and client attendance management
- Taking responsibility for the management of all stationery supplies and ordering, etc.
- Liaison and ensuring continuity of contract arrangements - disability pass register, motor vehicle registrations, subscriptions, National Parks registrations, etc.
- Undertaking the proactive development of strategies to improve all business processes related to the role to ensure they meet the needs of all users
- Assisting with telephony/reception duties (rotational)
- Assistance in the management of Minimbah's extensive photographic library and managing all new entries into the photo library
- Maintaining general office equipment and liaison with suppliers/contractors to ensure ordering/booking of supplies and appointments
- Assisting the CEO and other senior managers in secretarial support and administration management
- Other projects as appropriately assigned by the CEO.
Your Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Strong customer service skills
- Developed teamwork skills and ability to work autonomously
- A good sense of humour and empathy for people with complex intellectual disabilities
- Well-developed written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills
- Knowledge of NDIS operation and requirements (preferred, not essential)
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc
- Knowledge of Adobe In-design/Illustrator/Lightroom preferred, not required
- Obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
- maintain confidentiality of such disclosed information, at meeting, etc.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $23.23 - $41.17 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
