We have just opened our brand new $18m NDIS eco-system building in Dandenong Central, it comprises 8 SDA apartments of 16 beds, a 14 bed STA and MTA respite facility with supports, and 4 allied health offices on Ground Floor.

**We are seeking a Plan Manager/Accounts bookkeeper, that will work closely with us to manage our entire revenue stream.**

The service will include the following:
**Invoicing**
- For existing plan managed Participants:

- Encourage them to move from their current plan manager to our own service
- Where the Participant does not want to move plan managers, you will submit Equisent’s weekly payment claims to their existing plan manager on our behalf
- For NDIA managed Participants, you will lodge weekly bulk upload claims on our behalf through our PRODA/PACE portal
- For self managed Participants, you will submit Equisent’s payment claims to them on our behalf

**Accounts Receivable Tasks**
- Chase NDIA for outstanding claims and keep an eye on our accounts receivable ledger to ensure it does not balloon out.
- Chase debts from self managed participants
- Generate weekly reports to the CEO and CFO on financial status updates, financial metrics
- Assist the CEO with issuing quotes to support co-ordinators for new service agreements and intake of Participants
- Liaise with the Operational Facility Manager on ad-hoc invoicing for additional support hours, concierge, meals, travel etc
- Use Shiftcare or Supportability or other plan management software to generate new quotes, invoices, and uploads to PRODA/PACE
- Convert signed yearly SIL quotes to weekly invoice claims.
- Use our Xero login to integrate revenue and sales line items for analysis by our internal finance team and tax accountants.

**Remuneration**

This is flexible and can range from a standard hourly rate or NDIS Plan Manager PAPL rate ($104.45/pm per participant)

Background in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or CPA

At least 2 years experience working in a Plan Management company in a senior role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Subcontract, Casual, Locum

Pay: $86,080.19 - $168,274.74 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
