We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven **Sales and Marketing Manager** to lead our efforts in growing our customer base, strengthening our brand, and driving revenue. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on strategy, creativity, and execution.

**Key Responsibilities for this role include**

1. Plans, organises, directs, controls, and coordinates the sales and marketing activities within our entity to ensure alignment with business goals.

2. Oversees the creation and execution of sales strategies while setting performance targets to maximise revenue and build long-term customer loyalty.

3. Leads the development and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at broadening the reach of the organisation’s products and services.

4. Manages initiatives that enhance brand image and encourage increased consumption through the creation and reinforcement of brand loyalty.

5. Directs strategies that build and protect the organisation’s image and reputation among customers, stakeholders, and the wider public.

**Skills or Experience required for this role**
- Bachelor degree of higher
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Ability to lead and enhance marketing strategies
- Drive to improve brand and increase performance target
- Proven experience in Business Development or Market Research

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
