**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Development & Execution**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share growth.
- Set and monitor sales targets, sales quotas, and KPIs, and report on sales metrics.
- Identify target market segments and develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.

**Business Development**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including engineers, consultants, contractors, and municipal clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
- Oversee and drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

**Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning**:

- Develop a marketing plan to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, trade shows, and product launches.
- Position the company as a thought leader in wastewater technologies by coordinating content marketing, case studies, and industry presentations.

**Market Research & Product Knowledge**:

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wastewater technology innovations, regulatory changes, and market dynamics.
- Provide feedback to product development teams to ensure alignment with market demands.

**Leadership & Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and training necessary to succeed.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and engineering.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5+ years in sales or marketing, with at least 3 years in the wastewater, environmental, or water treatment industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of wastewater treatment technologies and industry regulations.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and strategic account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
