**Key Skills**

**Leadership Excellence**: A minimum of 3 years of proven leadership in a similar role, cultivating high-performance sales and marketing teams. As well as maintaining and establishing a diverse sales pipeline.

**Financial Acumen**: Strong proficiency in financial management, including experience with P&L statements and financial reporting.

**Performance Metrics**: Ability to create and implement sales performance metrics and KPIs for evaluating individual and team performance.

**Collaborative Communication**: Effective communication both internally and externally with diverse teams, including operators, Junior staff and other departments.

**Results-Driven Mindset**: Proven ability to set clear goals, measure progress, and ensure teams are accountable for achieving collaborative project outcomes.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent presentation, interpersonal, relationship-building, and written and verbal communication skills.

**Technology Proficiency**: Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM systems and software.
