**Living Gems is one of Australia’s most respected developers of lifestyle resorts for over-50s — and we’re looking for a proactive, switched-on Contracts Coordinator** to help us keep our paperwork as exceptional as our communities.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be the gatekeeper for all residential construction contract documentation
- Review and coordinate contracts to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with internal teams to support smooth execution and documentation flow
- Keep our contract systems organised, accurate, and always up to date
- Be the right hand to our Contracts & Sales Operations Manager, stepping up as needed
- Help shape best practice in contract management across the team
- Stay informed on changes to legislation, particularly around manufactured homes

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or related field
- A good grasp of contract law, especially in residential or manufactured housing
- Confidence navigating construction documentation
- Super-organised, detail-obsessed, and a natural communicator
- Comfortable juggling tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills (bonus points for CRM and doc management tools)
