This client is a privately owned Australian company with nearly 50 years of experience in the high end residential, mixed use residential, bulky goods, retail and Industrial spaces with a current portfolio value of circa $1billion.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with managing consultants & contracts
- Assisting with the successful delivery of projects on time and on budget
- Liaising and assist in discussions with the relevant authorities, agents and builders
- Manage all aspects of Design, Authority and Construction packages.
- Ensure timely processing, accurate coding and approval of project costs
- Compile feasibilities and maintain regular project forecasts
- Assist in the planning, design and delivery of the development strategy
- Directly reporting to the SDM

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Civil Engineering, Project Management or other relevant tertiary degree qualification
- Ideally 5+ years' post grad experience in Australian Property, Project management or Construction
- Advantage to have previous experience in planning, organizing and coordinating development, design, construction and marketing, particularly in the industrial sector
- Excellent communication, computer and time-management skills
