**The client**
This is your chance to join a high-profile developer that works on a variety of projects including townhouses, apartments, and large-scale urban regeneration projects in Sydney. Our client has a substantial pipeline of projects with plenty of work on for the next 10-50 years. This team is passionate about urban outcomes and is well led by experienced Development Directors who take an interest in their team by providing mentoring and training on a regular basis.

**The role**
Due to growth within the business a number of positions have been created for proactive and diligent Development Manager’s to join the team. This is an integral role in the company as you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects with some of the best development professionals in NSW. Key responsibilities include:

- Manage Projects through the Project Lifecycle - Inception to Completion
- Coordinate Internal & External Stakeholders - Execute Milestone Deliverables
- Prepare Tender Packages & Manage the Evaluation & Award Contracts
- Provide Advice & Reporting on Project Risks, EH&S, Budget, Program & Quality
- Lead Governance Arrangements for Planning & Approvals of Design & Construction

**Skills & experience**
- Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction, or Equivalent
- Understanding Property & Construction Development Processes
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Act Professionally & Support a Culture of Integrity
- The Ability to Work to Deadlines & Think Outside the Square
