We have experienced significant growth over the last 2 years and as a result, are expanding our operations.

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Internal Sales & Support Officer**, **to join our team at our Keysborough office_._

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Internal Sales & Support Officer, your primary role will be to provide day to day support to the internal customer base and wider BSA business. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Maintaining relationship with existing customers
- Process sales order and quotes
- Outbound calls to existing customer base & non trading accounts
- Generate leads for field-based BDMs
- Ensure all enquiries from customers are followed up, handled efficiently and accurately
- Manage SAP data base:

- Update customer information as required
- Update pricing as required
- New product entry
- New customer entry

**Skills & Experience**:
Experience in internal sales is not essential as training will be provided, but will be highly regarded. The applicant must and also possess the following attributes:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, hardworking, flexible, proactive, with team leadership skills and a can-do attitude
- Strong organisation and time management skills, ability to multitask and work to strict and challenging deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
