We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving our growth and expanding our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and emerging trends within the food industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Oversee and develop ABZ Foods' marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify new product opportunities and oversee product development in collaboration with internal teams.
- Drive product and brand positioning to increase market share.
- Work closely with senior management to develop growth strategies for current and future markets.
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit and revenue for the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and mentor a small team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Set goals, monitor performance, and provide continuous feedback and support to drive results.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ideally of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and market expansion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic business decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in English and Farsi.
- Proficiency in using XERO and MYOB.
