The Opportunity

Infinitev are setting the pace and creating a circular economy for hybrid and electric vehicle batteries on a global scale - always looking for ways to reuse, repurpose, and recycle.

With a commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience, we are looking for a highly driven Customer Service & Sales Specialist to champion the brand, taking every opportunity to support, educate and deliver an experience that is aligned to the Infinitev value proposition.  The business is still evolving, so your inquisitive nature coupled with your ability to own a process from start to finish will see you establish a pathway in a growing organisation.

  • Confident with a natural ability to connect and communicate with a diverse audience, you will also;
  • Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience
  • Generate sales of battery packs to achieve monthly targets
  • Provide quotes, process orders and convert sales lead opportunities
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic hybrid/EV battery problems (tech support and training will be provided to you)
  • Maintain knowledge and technical understanding of products
  • Identify trends, gaps and process improvements to assist in customer and sales processes
  • Monitor sales cycle and sales activity to assist in forecasting production volume

About You

A self-starter, who is outcome driven you take great pride in providing excellent customer service.  The opportunity utilise your superb inter-personal skills to develop relationship with internal stakeholders and customers will become your trademark and you will relish the opportunity to grow your skills in a sustainable and innovative business.

Ideally you will also have;

  • Experience in a customer/sales support role within Consumer Goods / Automotive or Industrial
  • Strong aptitude to understanding with a proven ability to convey technical information in a simple manner
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Experience in EV/Hybrid Batteries or renewable energy highly advantageous
  • Action oriented, curious mind and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage tasks in a timely manner and strong organisational skills
  • Customer-centric with a solution focused approach
