**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process customer orders and manage the end-to-end customer experience
- Work with the BDM to provide quotes/RFQs
- Follow up customers in relation to outstanding order information or requirements
- Create/Maintain CRM contacts within ERP system
- Set up customer price files and maintain
- Review and capture customer specific requirements at implementation
- Work with suppliers to generate quotes for customisation of garments
- Undertake daily stock replenishments for national requirements
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and customers regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and backorders
- Generate weekly and daily open Purchase Order reports to provide to suppliers on expediting updates
- Liaise with suppliers on stock availability, ETD’s, backorders etc
- Setup and maintain stock codes
- Assist if required in receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
- Communicate with sales team, management and suppliers on any changes, delays or issues with orders, products or customers
- Ensure all warehouse and WHS standards are strictly adhered to
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Represent Panku at events and networking functions as required
- Run reports as required to assist Senior Management
- Assist with admin and office requirements of the overall business
- Assisting with deliveries when required

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Relevant work experience in the field of Customer Relations/Service, Internal Sales, Warehousing, or relevant qualification
- Full and current Drivers Licence

**SKILLS**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy skills and competency with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in working with ERP/ Inventory Management systems
- Sound reading and numerical skills
- Physically capable of conducting manual handling (lifting)
- Excellent planning, time management and organisation skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Ability to understand, communicate and follow written and verbal instructions

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Sales Administration or Customer Service: 3 years (required)
