About the Role

As Concierge, You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Concierge is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge within the Rooms Division

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner; feedbacks guests complaints to Team Leader - Bell Service immediately.
- Assisting all inquiries and providing information and arrange bookings if needed.
- Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.
- Delivers and distributing all mails an postage
- Assists all guests with luggage storage, ensuring the proper handling, storage, security and procedures are followed; transports guest’s luggage to their room in an efficient manner.
- Be familiar with the hotel’s products and services and policies; be aware of all functions and promotions held in the hotel.

**Qualifications**:

- Good Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desirable
- Knowledge of Opera is desirable
- Preferable prerequisite knowledge of the Travel/Hotel industry
