YOUR NEXT ROLE As a Services Analyst, your mission is to drive operational efficiency and cost savings within the Services Function by optimising freight costs, managing pricing and rebate structures, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Through in-depth analysis of freight expenditure and supplier performance, you will identify opportunities for cost management improvements, streamline operations, and enhance overall service delivery. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will play a key role in ensuring smarter, more effective logistics strategies that align with business objectives. Foster strong relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables with a "be of service" mindset. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service levels and tracking budget performance. Maximise financial benefits through well-managed pricing structures and rebate programs aligned with company policies. Develop freight cost models and reports to support strategic decision-making. Track carrier performance and key freight KPIs to drive improvements. Assess risks and provide recommendations to secure better terms in renegotiations. Streamline freight processes, optimise routes, and enhance logistics effectiveness. Work closely with finance, procurement, and the Freight Team to align strategies with business objectives. ABOUT YOU Qualifications or demonstrated substantial experience in logistics, warehousing or transportation coordination. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier and stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
