PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Finance Analyst to join our Port of Brisbane branch to assist in providing accurate financial data and analysis to both local and national office management to gain insight into continuous improvement and engagement opportunities.

**Your primary duties will include**:

- Management reporting, analysis and re-forecasts, with explanations of business unit variances. This includes (but not limited to): Management of 5 key departmental monthly P&Ls, balance sheet reconciliations and accrual management for all Queensland departments.
- Ensuring all customers are invoiced for services provided in a timely manner (either weekly or monthly per varying customer requirements);
- Supplier enquires and account reconciliations;
- Business partner with heads of department around the delivery of financial targets through insight and analysis;
- Creating and implementing the annual budget for various departments, and supplying data for the overall company budget;
- Initiate, develop and implement financial models as required;
- Provide interpretation of financial data for key stakeholders.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Qualification in accounting;
- CPA qualified or actively underway
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in analysis of financial data;
- Management of monthly departmental P&Ls and meeting monthly deadlines;
- Contribute to overall business financial performance and performance of the National Analyst team;
- Provide departmental financial leadership;
- Extensive experience in development of financial models to aid decision making;
- Sound and practical business experience;
- Strong business acumen;
- Excellent organisational and communication skills;
- Strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference;
- Systems familiarity.
