About the role ︎
- Digital communication, online sales and support.
- Phone call sales/support.
- Social media posting and engagement monitoring.
- Media buying liasing with ad account managers.
- Influencer liaising and management.

In this role, you need to have a YES mentality and go the distance to ensure the best service possible as you communicate to customers and wholesalers by phone, messages and in person. No cold calling or business lead generation is necessary as you will naturally turn a satisfied client into several more. To be a sharpshooter you will have an in-depth product understanding along with industry-specific information to provide detailed advice to your clients, of which all training is provided in house.

**Salary**: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
