**About the role**:
You will assist the Disability Team by providing excellent administrative support and coordinator for our agency and will work closely with the management team to ensure our service is of the highest standard and in line with our values, purpose and pledges. An average day will see you quoting service agreements, submitting claims to PRODA, invoicing and reconciling and ensuring our participants are being billed accurately for the supports provided.
**Key Components of the role**:
- Be responsible for NDIS service bookings and service arrangements
- Communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the service provision and provide assistance with financial and administrative processes
- Provide the disability teams with support and accurate advice regarding all areas of participant plans
- Ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly and efficiently
**Experience and Skills Required**
- Qualifications or demonstrated experience in office administration, finance and NDIS including the price guide
- Advanced Excel
- At least 1 year general office experience
- Bookkeeping qualification or significant experience in bookkeeping
- A good working knowledge of effective financial/administrative systems and processes and an understanding of customer relationship management
- Willing to undergo and satisfactorily complete personal and statutory checks
- Experience of working in a disability service - not essential but highly regarded
