**About the role**
An exciting opportunity has presented within the Remediation and Rectification Programme (R&R) for a talented Communications Coordinator to join us on a 6-month full-time contract basis. The role will see you develop member, employee and internal team communication material required as part of the R&R Programme.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and other Communications teams, including External Communications, Marketing, and Internal Communications, you will work to ensure alignment of messaging and the appropriate approvals to ensure brand advocacy and protection is maintained across all channels.
The role has the option to work flexibly from home and at Eight Mile Plains office.
**About you**
You are a highly efficient communicator with excellent time management and decision-making skills, along with the ability to prioritise, organise, problem solve and deal effectively with people at all levels. Furthermore, you thrive in an autonomous and fast paced environment working alongside a team who supports personal and professional growth.
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism are highly valued, however not essential
- Strong relationship management skills and expertise to engage with a cross section of media professionals to achieve business strategic goals.
- Demonstrated experience working with and meeting the needs of a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of media channels with the ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each channel and the impact these have in delivering successful outcomes.
- Excellent and high-level communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Tactical stakeholder management planning skills.
- Ability to successfully influence others and shape opinion.
- Ability to write reports and correspondence.
