**Our client**

This Global technology M&A advisor is focussed on supporting large corporates and private equity funds with their acquisition, growth and exit strategies. As they expand their footprint in the APAC region, an Assistant Vice President (“AVP”) is sought to join the Melbourne team.

**The opportunity**

The AVP will lead transaction execution workstreams, leveraging Analyst & Associate pools to prepare pitches, IM’s and financial models in addition to undertaking financial due diligence and drafting of legal documentation. The AVP will also participate in origination activity, including client pitches, industry/company research and the identification and assessment of potential mandates.
