Working closely with the Executive leadership team, the corporate development and strategy team and other senior executives, the Head of IR will be responsible for communicating strategic messaging, will foster and further maintain relationships with shareholders and the broader investment community whilst also managing all external investor-related reporting and communications.

Some key responsibilities will include:

- Developing & articulating the overall financial & strategic message to investors & analysts
- Formalise external investor relations communications strategy, framework & processes
- Accompany senior management to investor meetings & roadshows
- Analyse information from the broker/analyst/investment community & prepare Board/management reports outlining key findings & trends
- Develop & maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders, including a database on analysts & key investors as appropriate
- Develop & maintain investor relations calendars & conduct investor perception studies
- Draft all investor relations communication materials & public documents, including presentations, announcements, Q+A documents, information memos, briefings, website content etc
- Assist with development of investor roadshows & other corporate event support, including AGMs & shareholder meetings
- establishing & maintaining relationships with key investors & shareholders
- producing internal & external communications material
- working with Board, C-Suite & Senior Executives (internally & externally)
- preparing & delivery of Executive & Board level presentations

This opportunity will suit a highly self-motivated person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong project and stakeholder management experience and who has high expectations - especially with regards to accuracy and quality of work.
