**Our client**
Our client is a "newish" HR recruiter who has seen phenomenal success in their first year of trade. With such good will behind the two founders, their client base has followed them due to their excellent recruitment skills, knowledge of the market and quality placement service. Wanting to build their business, it is time to add an interim/contract recruitment team to their capabilty and they are prepared to pay a high commission rate, and work towards an equity plan, for the right person.

**The opportunity**
This is a great opportunity to step out of where you are and get "skin in the game". Building an interim practice you will have lots of leverage points from the current permanent business as well as the support from two genuine, down to earth, well respected HR recruitment owners. They are not asking you to build their wealth, they are asking you to build a contract busines and your own wealth.

**Who you will be**
Ideally we are looking for someone who knows HR interim/contract recruitment either in an agency, or client side. This would give you the skillset to hit the ground running and earn 50% commission from day one. If not we are open to any contract recruiter from a finance, sales and marketing or office support support background ready to step up to running their own business and in time hiring and mentoring your own team.
