Set over 2 levels and sprawling 3,820 sqm, the club features a spacious gym floor with dedicated cardio, strength and functional training areas and an outdoor training space coming soon, 5 group exercise studios and spaces for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre, Boxing, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, club-V for the kids, and a bustling café for your post-workout treat.

**All about the role**:
At 'Grid', we're not just about lifting weights; we're about lifting spirits, confidence, and results. Squat, press, pull and deadlift your way to a noticeably stronger body, focusing on strength movements and short, sharp conditioning work.

- You'll welcome members and help them find whatever they need or whatever they're looking for
- You'll deliver immersive Grid group exercise classes for up to 24 members at a time
- You'll create thumping tunes to motivate and inspire members during the class
- You'll embrace feedback and suggestions to improve your program delivery
- You'll keep the gym floor safe, considering temperature, equipment and max occupancy
- You'll advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for our members and team members
- You'll attend paid team meetings and contribute to a supportive team culture
- You'll be empowered to build a culture where the community become raving fans

**All about you**:

- You have your Cert III and Cert IV in fitness
- You have, or are willing to obtain, your First Aid Certificate
- You have 5+ years of strength and conditioning experience. A+ for you
- You're authentic. You love weight training in your own time and are passionate about inspiring members to experience physical, mental and emotional breakthrough moments in class
- You're a natural on the podium and love leading group exercise classes
- You're comfortable connecting with members and thrive on building true community
- You're self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you're comfortable communicating at all levels
- You have a can-do approach. You think on your feet. You're cool with ambiguity, and you roll with the punches when things change
- You're motivated to continually improve. Whatever a member needs, whatever a member is looking for, you help them find it
