**About the Role**

Reporting to an impressive CPO, as the HRBP (People Lead) for Pharmacy and Corporate, you will be partnering closely with the Executive Leaders of the organisation supporting their business growth and digital transformation plan.

You will be supporting the Leaders of Pharmacy and Corporate, delivering:

- IR/ER support, leading ER grievances, investigations and negotiations
- Key projects such as, workforce planning; designing and driving recruitment/EVP projects; talent management and future leaders projects

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have solid HRBP experience where you have successfully delivered HR initiatives and projects across a business.

You will be experienced in leading leading ER grievances, investigations and negotiations.

You will also be a team player, able to work autonomously, hands-on and willing to support where required, with a strong work ethic and desire to do well.
