Set over 2 levels and sprawling 3,820 sqm, the club features a spacious gym floor with dedicated cardio, strength and functional training areas and an outdoor training space coming soon, 5 group exercise studios and spaces for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre, (and more), with our brand new Boxing studio coming soon, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, club-V for the kids, and a bustling café for your post-workout treat.

**Your gig
**Reporting to the Head of Operations, this gig is all about the overall success of the Northern Beaches club. With end-to-end club responsibilities, you'll oversee the operational and commercial aspects of the club alongside leading and cultivating a fun and passionate team to inspire people to live an active life.

- You'll empower and support the overall club experience, creating an environment where members and team members love spending their time
- You'll coach, develop & motivate the club management and wider team to achieve their personal best
- You'll lead the team to deliver a seamless experience... from the non-intimidating sign up process and heartfelt service at reception, to the gym floor activity and clock like efficiency of group ex classes, through to the wind-down comfort of the pristine pool spa and sauna
- You'll partner with the Central team to coordinate and participate in the compilation of budgets and forecasts
- You'll oversee the financial performance of the club and work to maximise revenue while operating within agreed budgets
- You'll advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members

**All about you**
- You're driven, level-headed and cool under pressure with 5+ years of health club leadership experience (ideally in a large scale club).
- You love to create alignment within teams as much as you love to create meaningful moments for members and deliver profitability for shareholders.
- You're a leader and an entrepreneur. Both equally.
- You love seeing your team knock it out of the park
- You're cool with ambiguity and you roll with the punches when things change.
- You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and may also have studied exercise or sports science. A+ for you.
