**About the role**
This is a newly created role and will be working very closely with the authentic and capable Divisional Director of People, Culture & Safety and the team to deliver a more contemporary and high-quality P&C function through a new and evolving business partnering model. Along with leading a small team your other responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with client groups and providing proactive advice and guidance around attraction, engagement and retention, and talent management.
- Coaching and guiding managers to build people management capability.
- Providing support to the Divisional Director of PC&S on things such as award negotiations, writing policies and payroll remediation.
- Providing valuable and proactive data and insights to optimise workforce plans and people strategies.
