Assett Group Services is a leader in the provision of asset maintenance services, specialising in the social housing sector. We are seeking an experienced Works Coordinator to join our energetic and vibrant team in our new premises located in Macquarie Park.

To be successful in this role you will require:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent time management skills
- High level of computer literacy and ability to accurately maintain data
- Intermediate Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook - skills
- Ability to problem solve, manage deadlines and outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and oral communication skills

Your duties will include:

- Allocation, distribution and coordination of work order requests to subcontractors
- Data entry
- Monitoring KPI's
- General office administration
- Support to trade staff and subcontractors
- Liaising with our clients and their tenants
