Urban Real Estate are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our supportive and dynamic team In Bligh Park.

**What you will be doing?**
- High volume lead generation and prospecting activities such as database calls, door knocks and letterbox drops
- Coordination and assistance in conducting market appraisals, open for inspections and general real estate administration
- Assist in building and nurturing a database of clients
- Conduct open homes and private buyer appointments
- Participating in community and neighborhood events

**What are we looking for?**

This role will see you graduate as a fully trained Residential Sales Agent that WILL succeed You will need to be able to demonstrate;
- Ambition. Drive. Motivation. Energy.
- Be a self-starter who is passionate about building a career in the Real Estate industry
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Strong social and interpersonal skills
- Real Estate License or a Certificate of Registration
- Current valid drivers licence

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,500.00 per year
