We are seeking an experienced Support workers to join our teams in Clyde Nth/Berwick/Office/. The role will require working on a rotating roster, including your share of active nights/sleepovers. Primary responsibilities will be to provide support to our NDIS participants within our Supported Independent Living accommodation. This will include behavior management, community access, transportation, cooking, some domestic assistance, companionship,manual handling, personal care, complex health care, PEG feeds, catheter car and ileostomy care,

Pay rate - $30 - $34.99 SCHADS Award rates and shift loading apply. We have casual, permanent part-time and full-time roles available. Pay rates vary based upon your employment status.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Clayton South VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
