We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our Property Management division, for a Key Client Account, managing a premium commercial asset. This role will see you accountable for the efficient, cost-effective operation, maintenance, development and refurbishment of all services for a Commercial portfolio.

**The Opportunity**
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Oversee soft services including security and cleaning, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Maintain effective contractor management, ensuring performance meets service level agreements.
- Coordinate fit-out projects and manage customer churn effectively to minimize disruption.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and service providers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to facilities management activities.

**Your Background**
- Facilities management experience, preferably in commercial properties.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in managing soft services, particularly security and cleaning.
- Proven contractor management skills.
- Experience in fit-out projects is highly desirable.
- Organized, diligent, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
