**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Total Synergy is a fast-growing, market-leading business solution for the AEC (Architects Engineering and Construction) industry. Operating internationally, we are expanding our product capability to address a growing customer base and new markets. We are specialists in project management, project financials, collaboration and documentation management solutions for Architects, Engineers and other businesses in the industry.
Reporting to the COO this role will involve:
- Managing, training, coaching and leading a powerhouse sales team, helping them achieve their targets and leading by example
- Working cross functionally with Marketing, Customer Success and the Product & Dev teams
- Leveraging data to understand how clients are using their product, what is working, what difficulties may need to be addressed, and how best to focus future sales efforts to maximize existing customers’ long-term value.
- Converting prospects into clients who want to use our product by managing the sales pipeline, and leading sales efforts across global locations that we serve
- Enhancing business growth and adding value to the AEC Industry

- You have worked in a start up or scale up in SaaS
- You have an entrepreneurial and agile mindset; this means flex-ing according to the market and business needs and making changes for the better along the way
- You have a track record in business growth through sales
- You love to see the team succeed and this forms part of your success

- You want to help the business grow whilst you do too
- You have a great sales track record that you are proud of and are ambitious for more positive outcomes if you join our business
**WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO**
In a fast-paced and innovative SaaS environment, the successful experienced HOS will lead the charge for all things across sales. The appointed person, will manage, lead and coach the team of sales professionals here and in our UK location. You will also 'live and breathe' sales methodologies and the importance of accurate data and metric tracking.
