**Company in Stealth Mode - Next Generation NFT market place (HQ in Singapore)**

**The Opportunity**

This is an amazing role and opportunity to be the foundation of a rapidly growing international Crypto organization.

You will be and early senior hire with an opportunity to construct and lead our global sales team. Your primary focus is to sell company owned NFTs, once your team's KPIs have been met, your team will hunt for corporate relationships selling world leading products/services.

**The Role**

This unique opportunity is to join at the beginning of our growth cycle. If you are excited by being part of a dynamic team, whilst working with the founders of the business to create disruption in the industry, this would be for you.

**What you do**

Working closely with the CEO, you will be growing the revenue of the business to $15M ARR (phase 1)

Hiring, Training and Retaining an international motivated Sales team

Set KPIs and build a successful global sales process for the team

Leading from the front. You will also be tasked to personally contribute to the revenue by bringing in clients.

Leverage personal existing relationships to assist and complete a successful fundraise.

**What we want**
- Proven track record of delivering strong sales growth while working cross functionally and across multiple geographies
- "C level" contacts within different industries and/or knowledge of the NFT crypto markets will be an advantage
- A proven global network with significant fundraising experience
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- MUST have excellent negotiations and presentation skills

**The Reward**

Equity upon successfully completing fair industry KPIs

Attractive base with uncapped commission structure

Usual fringe benefits for high performers

**Salary**: $150,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
