NOW HIRING | Now Hiring | This luxury fashion brand is on a fast growth trajectory both locally and internationally. To ensure their growth is well supported and sustainable, we are looking for an established senior-level professional to join the business as Global Head of Sales.
As the Global Head of Sales - you will drive the overall success of all sales channels, manage the top level and execute growth strategies in line with business goals across retail, eCommerce and Wholesale both locally and internationally.
You will help develop and execute the sales strategy as they continue to grow their presence globally and expand product categories.
Responsible for driving the top-line wholesale revenue in line with the global luxury brand strategy, you will liaise closely with the Merchandising, Product Development, and Marketing departments and expand the brand further into the market and continue to grow their retail, wholesale & eCommerce strategy. This role is a key support to the Founder and CEO and will drive the sales strategy across the wider business.
This is a critical role for the business at this time in its journey and will enable you to put your mark on the global expansion, wholesale strategy, and brand recognition of the brand.
**About You**
You have extensive experience in working in the fashion industry with in-depth expertise in Wholesale with a broad understanding of retail, and eComm for luxury/Aus Designer or premium brands.
- Very strong industry buyers & client base relationships within the eCommerce and luxury retail sector (Farfetch etc)
- Meticulous attention to detail & organisational skills
- Result-orientated and financial literacy combined with strong commercial acumen
- A ‘can-do’ attitude, flexibility, creativity and not afraid to get hands-on
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- A prior background in high-level Sales & Merchandising, Global Wholesale or GM roles would set you up for success in this role
