Eftsure, is a fast-scaling SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) Fraud Technology platform that protects the B2B payments of Australian businesses by providing real-time vendor (supplier) verification and real-time payment protection. We are looking for a **Head of Global Sales Development** to join our growing team. This role is a permanent role and will report to our Chief Revenue Officer.

As our Head of Global Sales Development, you’ll be steering one of the largest SDR teams in the country, leading a powerhouse squad of Sales Development Managers (SDMs) and 40+ Sales Development Representatives.

**As a value**d member of the Eftsure team, your responsibilities will be to**:

- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Development Managers to achieve and exceed team targets.
- Develop and refine outbound prospecting strategies, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Implement best practices for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
- Overlook the recruitment and onboarding of new SDRs to ensure team success.
- Work closely with the Sales Development Managers to monitor employee turnover
- Utilize CRM and sales engagement tools to manage and measure team performance.
- Create and refine processes, playbooks, and outreach strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a high-energy, results-driven culture where your team is motivated to perform at their best.
- Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
