Cormtech is partnering with a leading organisation driving significant transformation and looking for a hands-on, people-centred Change Manager to support a broad portfolio of initiatives. This role spans cyber uplift, AI adoption, behavioural change, culture programs, and wider organisational change impacts.

What You'll Do

  • Lead people-focused change delivery across cyber, AI, culture, behaviour and enterprise programs
  • Translate organisational change impacts into clear, practical plans
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with pace and quality
  • Deliver communications, engagement, readiness and training support
  • Build strong relationships and support leaders through periods of transition
  • Work closely with the Organisational Change Lead to drive adoption outcomes


What You'll Bring

  • Proven change delivery experience in complex, fast-moving environments
  • Strong capability in managing organisational change impacts end-to-end
  • Experience helping teams adopt new behaviours and ways of working
  • Ability to work at pace while maintaining quality and stakeholder confidence
  • Hands-on skills across engagement, comms, training and change readiness
