A leading global organisation is embarking on a major Supply Chain Transformation across Asia—reimagining how products are planned, made, and delivered. This program is reshaping end-to-end operations through digitally enabled, integrated processes that enhance agility, resilience, and efficiency.

To support this journey, the organisation is seeking an experienced
Change Manager
to drive the people-side of transformation, ensuring that teams across Asia adopt new ways of working, embrace behavioural shifts, and achieve the intended program outcomes.

The Opportunity

The Change Manager will sit within the Transformation Team and play a pivotal role in delivering successful change outcomes for a broad, multi-stage transformation program. This role focuses on developing and executing impactful change strategies across business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organisational structures.

Working closely with senior leaders and program teams, this person will inspire engagement, build readiness, coach stakeholders, and embed long-lasting behavioural change across multiple markets.

This is an initial
6-month project role
with the possibility of extension and includes close partnership with the Supply Chain Transformation leadership group.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Change Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies using Prosci ADKAR and other leading methodologies.
  • Partner with program leads to shape the change vision and tailor communications for impacted and broader associate groups.
  • Run Change Management Kick-starter sessions to assess size, scale, complexity, and required resourcing for initiatives.
  • Integrate change strategies into project plans, ensuring alignment across multiple markets and workstreams.

Stakeholder Engagement & Coaching

  • Coach and advise senior leaders to act as authentic change sponsors.
  • Support managers and associates through transitions, building capability and readiness across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate risk assessments, mitigate change impacts, and minimise business disruption.

Execution & Continuous Improvement

  • Assess and classify organisational impacts across business units and teams.
  • Lead change activities across globally dispersed teams and cross-functional groups.
  • Define KPIs, measure success, analyse data, and recommend improvements based on feedback and engagement metrics.
  • Socialise the program at regional and global levels to build awareness and alignment.
  • Conduct post-deployment reviews where required.
