What you’ll contribute to

As our Engagement Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our mission, driving forward emissions policy and hydrogen engagement activities. Your role will see you connecting with Toyota Australia and a diverse array of external stakeholders, including industry leaders, government bodies, dealers, schools (both university and secondary), and the general public.

Join the New Business Solutions Division, where we’re all about innovation. We enhance our product and service lineup by identifying, trialling, launching, and growing new decarbonisation solutions to support Toyota Australia’s sustainability goals and expand our Value Chain.

This is a 2-year max term opportunity with time split between Altona and Port Melbourne sites.

How you’ll make an impact- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate Hydrogen Centre visits and other engagement activities, tracking and reporting to management.- Project Management: Lead projects that support our divisional goals and objectives, focusing both internally and externally.- Alignment and Cooperation: Foster cross-divisional collaboration on projects within NBS.- Reporting to Senior Management: Develop and present project updates to NBS and broader management.- Administration: Handle tasks across various areas, including financial management and supplier coordination.- Divisional Support: Contribute to divisional kaizen initiatives and working groups.

Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Degree qualification preferred and/or equivalent experience.- Experience in presenting and facilitating stakeholder engagement.- Willingness to be involved in a range of different projects to support a variety of new initiatives.- Strong verbal communication and written skills.
