**Reception and Admin** Due to our Business growth, our dealership in Hills area are looking for a person who would like to take this great opportunity to enter into the automotive industry, or take the next step in their career. This is a hands on role, working in a fast paced environment.About the Role:As the Receptionist your role is to carry out day to day tasks as quickly and efficiently as possible. Your role will be primarily focused on managing reception duties and being the first point of call for customers, either face to face or via telephone, but will also include various general administration. Prepare signed cheques / documents for postage. Manage the reception, greet and welcome Customers in the Showroom. Ensure the Showroom is clean and tidy at all times; Check stock and order stationery including all business cards for the Sales Team; Print labels and prepare new car books are ready before delivery; Check and complete deal checklist before sending deals to administration and handle the daily couriers. Must have attention to detail and the ability to follow process; Must hold a valid, Current NSW Drivers Licence; Ability to multi task; Reliable & enthusiastic - A "Go Getter"; Team player with good communication skills; Have the ability to problem solve and think outside the square; **What we offer**:On the job training; Management & Team support; Opportunity to further progress within the company. **Salary**: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: - 8 hour shift Application Question(s): - Are you interested in Full time, Casual or any? **Experience**: - Administration: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - Driver Licence (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: In person
