As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a motivated and results-driven **Sales Representative** to join our team, focused on driving sales in the **residential and commercial insulation market**. Whether you're talking with homeowners, builders, or developers, you’ll be representing a trusted name with a reputation for excellence.

**About the Role**
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and driven salesperson who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You’ll be quoting insulation installation jobs, meeting with clients, and managing leads from enquiry to close — with full support from our experienced team.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Manage and convert inbound leads for residential and commercial insulation installs
- Generate new business opportunities with builders, developers, and retrofit clients
- Conduct site visits, prepare quotes, and close sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
- Work closely with the scheduling and installation team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets — and get rewarded for it

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in sales (experience in construction, insulation or building products preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident with quoting and following up leads
- Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Full Australian driver’s licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
