As the business continues to grow steadily and operate efficiently, a promising position has emerged for a Project Coordinator to become part of their expanding team.

You will take on the responsibility of serving as the Project Coordinator for the PMO, overseeing the day-to-day progress of the project and generating project status reports to keep key stakeholders informed. You will assume control over key project management documents that narrate the status, budgets and overall scope of the projects. You will help arrange stakeholder meetings and facilitate seamless communication between the project manager and stakeholders. This will then enable to you share related documentation and project status reports with the team.

In addition, you will work closely to support the PMO team on matters as required such as resource scheduling and be an advocate for process enhancements and efficiencies with the projects and their lifecycles.

You will bring to the role:

- Demonstrated Project Coordinator experience, preferably in a Digital agency/ Software Projects
- Experience working in Agile frameworks and methodologies
- Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PSM, CSM, PMP) and Project Management Software knowledge
- Strong communication skills and detail oriented
- Stakeholder engagement experience
