About the role

As part of the Business Development team, this role is integral to supporting the achievement of Elders’ growth strategy through the coordination of acquisition opportunities across the group.

Working under the direction and support of the Business Development Managers, this role provides a unique opportunity to work across a range of key stakeholders to coordinate successful business development and growth activities.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Business Development Coordinator, you will enjoy a varied day including:

- Coordinating pre-acquisition activities including managing team deadlines and information requests
- Assisting in the preparation of business cases and due diligence reports
- Implementing integration plans and driving the day-to-day integration process
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including Elders’ policies
- Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of new business

About you
- Ability to multitask in a systematic, organised, and disciplined manner to achieve project outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams, roles and levels of management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate information effectively to all levels of the organisation
- Willingness to learn and understand operational, product and functional roles across the Elders business to maximise value in the business development process
- Ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a complex and challenging environment.
