As the Project Coordinator within the Planning and Infrastructure team, you will be accountable for the timely delivery of effective and efficient administrative and project support for the Head of Project Delivery and the wider Delivery Team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Coordination and set up of meetings, events and workshops as required, preparation of agendas, minute taking and action item management
- Developing and implementing a stakeholder and community management plan for all projects to ensure delivery of consistent, timely and relevant information throughout various project phases
- Provision of general project support to the Project Delivery teams as required, including undertaking minor Project Activities under the supervision of a Project Manager
- Administrative support to ensure timely reporting and high standard presentations
- Document control, purchase ordering, facilitating contractor access and coordination of site tours.

**Key requirements include**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry experience.
- Administrative Assistant and reporting experience and the ability to manage multiple activities in an operating environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain an aviation security clearance
- Previous experience of Construction/Project Management, Quality Assurance of tenders and contracts administration would be of particular interest.
- Experience and skills in negotiation strategies
