To enhance the University’s course design offerings, they are seeking a Project Coordinator to support ongoing enhancements to processes.

**Your new role**

The Project Coordinator will support the broader team by ensuring projects are delivered on time with a high level of attention to detail. You will support the University in transitioning a number of face-to-face courses to an online platform. This will involve:

- Providing project and administrative support to teaching and learning projects
- Developing and coordinating project plans and schedules
- Devising, implementing and analysing process improvements
- Preparing status reports identifying achievements and areas of concern
- Working closely with Project Managers to gather and analyse data as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have previous experience working in project roles, with an emphasis on coordination skills and completing process oriented tasks
- Demonstrated experience in leading the creation and execution of project plans and schedules is a must to be considered for this vacancy
- You will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with staff at all levels to manage deliverables

**What you'll get in return**
