**Your new company**
A well-known advertising and marketing company is looking for their new Assistant Accountant. This is a permanent position and is calling “Creative minds” to jump onto bored the team and hit the ground running. You will be working in a supportive team with great culture.
**Your new role**
As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the payroll of approximately 200 staff, covering both Melbourne and Sydney offices. You will be working alongside the finance teams and centralised payroll managers. In doing this you will need to embrace and demonstrate the following attitudes and approaches to your work:
- Responsible for payroll for around 200 permanent staff
- Managing staff payroll enquiries
- Process annual leave, sick leave and long service reconciliations and monthly provisions
- Weekly arrivals and departure reports
- Month end reporting (payroll expense account variances, monthly staff reports
- Handle payroll expense claims
- Reconciliation duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 5 years payroll experience
- Can do attitude
- Excellent people skills
- Team leader or manager experience within payroll
- Have a strong engagement with the finance teams
