**About the role**
- Lead involvement in defining and implementing the future of the transactional landscape
- Manage IT service management incidents, problems, service requests and enhancements
- Work with developers and external vendors to provide the most effective and efficient solution to meet the business need

**About your experience**
- Experience with HR business process designs and systems solutions with SAP SuccessFactors key modules (Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Learning)
- Managing SuccessFactors Quarterly Releases
- Experience with service management tools e.g. ServiceNow and Level 2/3 Support processes
