**How will I help?**

You will be an integral part of the strategic evolution and direction of the Private Wealth service offering and contribute to the success of the distribution business across all relevant metrics.

Working in an agile team of other Business Operations Managers, you will provide specialist support to the National Director, Client Services. As a senior representative on the Client Services Leadership Team, you will partner with the National Director to provide excellence in operational management and sales and service leadership support to ensure a consistent benchmark and across states.

In addition to this, you will work in partnership with other Business Operations Managers to develop recommendations and lead the implementation of action plans to achieve business goals.

Other key responsibilities include managing operating rhythms, disciplines, and communications that support performance customer advocacy and engagement. Your role includes coaching other leaders and team members through the delivery of the change agenda and on operational matters to drive improvement in risk control and maturity.

**What do I need?**
- Ability to influence without authority and achieve outcomes through relationships and influencing skills
- Integrity and good judgement to drive operational efficiency and sound risk management
- Outstanding planning and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at any given time
- Experience in change leadership with demonstrated ability to translate concept into execution
- Exemplary Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote)
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Ability to self-manage, work autonomously and with the ability to make decisions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the gravitas to hold senior stakeholders to account
- Compliance, controls and monitoring experience is desirable
- A working style that is team oriented and flexible
- Having the resilience and confidence to thrive in a fast paced and ever evolving environment
- Knowledge of Westpac Group reporting systems and customer systems is desirable
