**Description**:
Reporting to the National Business Transformation Manager, the Data Reporting Analyst will be a key member of the National Service Excellence team.
The key focus of the role is to use data to generate and provide accurate and purposeful reporting to enhance business decisions, improve performance and meet business KPI’s.
The role can be based in Sydney (Gladesville Head Office) or in Melbourne, Port Melbourne location.
What you will be doing
- Manage all platform and reporting requirements
- Build strong operational and support service relationships through regular communications
- Use data to generate and provide accurate and purposeful reporting
- Fundamental Scorecard reporting - review and share usage reports on identified statistics
- Customer Experience Program - support the administrative elements of the CX program
- Work with CX ambassadors to generate the regular reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify continuous improvement and support opportunities
**Skills and Experiences**:
You will have
- Experience in a similar data analysis / reporting role - essential
- Strong data analysis capabilities - essential
- Superior attention to detail, analytical thinker, tech savvy
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Prior experience in soft services - advantage
- Extensive systems management experience in a similar role - advantage
- Excellent communicator - written and verbal
- Positive and engaging manner with all stakeholders with a strong customer service orientation
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - essential
- Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
