We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our office in Gladesville. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone looking to grow their career in accounting and administration within the property and construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports and documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with payroll and expense management
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team and management
- Liaising with internal teams, external accountants, and suppliers as needed
About You
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous experience in accounting or administration is desirable, but not essential
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong team player
Note: Our offices are currently located in Smithfield and will be relocating to Gladesville in September/October 2025.
