**About the Business**
**Our Organisational Development and Learning team deliver strategic expertise and business services in individual and organisational learning, development and recruitment to build leadership capability and champion DHS workforce strategies and initiatives.
***Role Details**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Recruitment Services to join our Organisational Development and Learning team. This leadership position will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and delivery of recruitment, attraction, and retention-related programs, projects, and services for the Disability, Youth Justice and Safer Family Services portfolios. You will play a key role in providing expert advice to senior leaders within the Department of Human Services (DHS), as well as managing a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to high-volume and specialist recruitment services.
As the Manager, Recruitment Services, you will:
- lead and supervise a team focused on the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services
- develop and implement recruitment, retention, and workforce planning strategies in collaboration with DHS leadership
- ensure recruitment activities are completed on schedule and within compliance with State and Commonwealth policies and guidelines
- build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment services
- lead and supervise a team focused on the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- extensive experience in recruitment, including high-volume and specialist recruitment services, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices
- excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior executives and external partners
- a proven track record of developing and implementing recruitment and workforce strategies
- a commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to drive positive change in a fast-paced environment.
- experience working within a disability services organisation is an advantage
