Join ManpowerGroup Australia as a Recruitment Coordinator where you'll play a key role in delivering strategic sourcing campaigns and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience across a high impact program. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment admin, including advertising, interview coordination and compliance checks
  • Build and maintain proactive defence talent pools for volume and hard to fill roles
  • Partner with Recruitment Business Partners to identify niche talent and support strategic sourcing
  • Sit in on interviews and job briefs when required by the Recruitment Business Partners
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to program goals in risk management, reporting, governance and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the defence space
  • Strong understanding of recruitment governance and processes
  • High technical competency and experience with CRM/ATS platforms (WorkDay and/or Livehire experience is a bonus)
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A customer first mindset and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
